Tenisha, Thank you so much for everything. I came in the office with a concern of loosing my apartment and Teneshia listen to my cry and done everything in her power to help me and my family not become homeless. She didn’t judge me instead she went over and beyond. Ms T Is one of the best Mangers that you could have. I appreciate her assistance and encouragement.

My husband and I lived here for about six months before relocating to another apartment complex closer to OKC. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the Vines at Edmond. We felt safe, crime was never a problem, and we did not have any pest infestations at our place either. While our apartment was not super fancy and upscale, it was spacious, and I am thankful there were no leaks, pests, etc. It is also located close to the highway, so that was a huge asset to us when commuting to work! There was also a great community of neighbors where we lived, although I'm not sure that is the same for every area in the complex. Kiera, our former apartment manager, was kind to us. She offered to take our recycling home and told us when people were moving out and had free furniture available. Irene, the new apartment manager, has been helpful as well in answering questions and helping us moving out.

However, we had some maintenance requests when we moved in (fixing the blinds, the fan in the bathroom, etc.), which were never completed during our 6 month lease. There was a change of employees early on, so that might have caused a break in communication. Luckily, the requests were things we could live without, so it didn't end up being a huge deal. Other downsides of the complex are that the walls are not very soundproof and a few times the water was shut off without notice.

Overall, we didn't have any major problems with our apartment, and we are thankful for the time we had at Vines! I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a safe, affordable, down to earth place to stay in south Edmond.

Our experience with Kiera has been great! She kept us informed about availability and was extremely helpful with the registration process. If the upfront service is so great, we know that this is a great management and apartment community!

Definitely wouldn’t let these reviews scare you away from such a great property. During my year lease I’ve only had water issues in the beginning since new management has came Those immediately stopped. NEVER had issues with bugs ever! No maintenance issues besides twice for very MINOR issues within the year and those were fixed if not the same day that same week! My three year old and I were completely safe and comfortable here nice area , nice people & GREAT staff.. absolutely LOVE the leasing agent Kiera she’s so kind , sweet and understanding and gets things handled right away!
