After getting them home I realized the washer had some issues. (I did buy a second-hand set, after all. It happens.) Harold came right over to my home, no question or complaint. The work was so good that I was released before the time that I was expecting and the price was even less because they adjusted the quote based on the actual price of the parts needed.
