Not only was I in and out within 30 minutes, but the staff was SO helpful, polite, shared in my concerns, showed empathy, and gave me the best care one could ask for. “If you are looking for a professional that will really care about your animal, then this is the place for you. I asked so many questions and Dr. Sprinkles was so patient. He answered every single one making sure to not leave out any details. Whether it was a tip about what shampoo to use, aromatherapy for dogs or about why she was so itchy he made sure that I had all the info I needed. The staff is incredible. Giving my baby peanut butter (making sure to ask first) and treats to make her feel more comfortable. They even put soothing aromatherapy scent in the rooms for your pets so they feel as relaxed as possible. They are truly on top of things. On top of everything, they do not overcharge for their services. They are reasonably priced and that is a reflection of how much they care for their patients. As long as I live in this general area, I will be taking my baby and any future fur-babies here for the care they need. I recommend anyone else do the same.”

The maintenance staff is quick to respond, apartments are super quiet (I've never heard a noise from our neighbors) and I've never not felt unsafe. Going on 6 months here and we're so happy with our decision. I also love that I never have to remember to change our filter! They do it for us!”

“Great place, good food, local restaurant atmosphere. It may be a touch out of the way, but worth it considering it is Gaston county. Now there are three locations I can get a good meal at in the Gastonia area. Service was great, especially considering how busy they were. Bartender this evening had talent and knew how to make a Margarita - something MOST places simply can't do correctly. The waitress was frequent, friendly and fast; several times other staff stop by to ask how the meal was and if there was anything we would like. We will definitely visit again.”
