“I had pods and trucks deliver my household goods on two different occasions to this ABF terminal. Both experiences went great! My favorite part about ABF and this location is how helpful and relaxed they are. They had no problem with my request for additional time to unload and were very helpful in getting the pods arranged for me to unload into a Uhaul. I highly recommend ABF and was very happy with the staff at this particular terminal. Good job.”

“AWESOME COMPANY, FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES!!!!! I called U-Pack in Charlotte, NC at 9pm at night wanting a cube for the following morning. This was an urgent situation. U-Pack was able to drop off the cube the following day! The cube was packed & picked up 2 days later and dropped off at my destination 2 days after that. The man that drove the truck to drop off the cube in NC, to the man that picked up the cube in RI, to the numerous customer service people and transit people I spoke with, well.....I can only say they were AWESOME!!!!! I never encountered a negative or rude attitude. These folks could not have been any nicer to me from the beginning to the end of my journey with them. There was no worry about theft as I put my own lock on the cube and it is never opened until it gets to the final destination. The cost was very inexpensive compared to any mover; and I didn't have the worries about dealing with "moving people" If you are thinking about moving, you need to call U-Pack! This company is customer friendly, inexpensive, and dependable.”

Tuesday was trivia night - we could hear the noise before we opened the door, and the hostess indicated that it could be an hour before we would be seated. That's why we came back Wednesday night.
