As a business owner myself it can be quite hard to accommodate all customers especially those with no understanding that it’s hard to run a business and keep everyone happy, especially those that have zero patience. As I’m reading some of the awful comments I’m just beside myself how people can be so rude. My personal experience with this place was awesome. I’m from the lincolnton area so I didn’t think anyone could come close to Japan Express but I was wrong. They have far exceeded my expectations of Japan and beyond. What I witnessed was very hard working and respectful young people who gave it their all which is admirable in this day and time. The food was beyond delicious and I’m just about to order food...AND if it takes a while to make so be it. Hey! They are human and it also says they take pride in their food. People...find something else in life to be mad about instead of it being Mad that you’re not the only person on the planet that they are catering to; get over yourselves. “My first time seeing doctor Carrie was amazing!! I literally felt like I sat down for a chat with an old life time friend. She is absolutely the sweetest most personable doctor I have even been to. Most doctors don't even look at you while you talk and just scribble down notes hurrying you through the appointment, not her! She was very understanding and caring. Even took the time to ask how I was getting along with my family. Most doctors couldn't care less. I was nervous going in but after meeting her felt I could trust her and tell her anything. Because of her I won't wait until I have to go to the doctor, I will actually look forward to meeting with her again and having her care for me even more. Such a sweet woman!”
