Domino's Pizza

About to move into this place. Highly do not recommend already. They were supposed to give me a spot facing construction and offer a one month free concession. That's one of the main reasons I decided to move into this location. I go through all the steps, submit documentation, and sign the lease. Then I get a call this morning that the unit I was supposed to move into is no longer available due to the renter extending their stay and some kind of roof leak. Mind you, I've already set-up Internet, electricity, and the renter's insurance. I ask for the same concession given the hassle and they say there's nothing they can do. A month's rent is a drop in the bucket for a corporate apartment complex like this one and would have gone a long way to setting a strong first impression. Alas, they chose not to do that and are not offering the concession - again, one of the main reasons I chose this place in the first place. I don't have time to do another trip to Phoenix to look at places and to adjust all my moving plans to another location. Very disappointing start to the relationship - again, based on my experience, I'd avoid this place.

EDIT: They went ahead and offered the concession for 1 month free after talking to corporate. I'm really pleased they followed up here and did the right thing. They've now started off on the right foot here. Very pleased.

I moved in here in January. The application process and move in day were very streamlined. It was easy to get all of my questions answered in a timely manner as I was moving from out of state. The apartment itself feels very spacious, light and bright. I have had to submit a few maintenance requests and have been pleased with the follow up work. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking to move into this area of the city.

I have to say one thing!!! I order pizza from this store tonight and many times before and they have never let us down! Tonight’s pizza is absolutely amazing!!! The cheesy bread was to die for! The pizzas were perfectly cooked. Service was phenomenal! I even called and spoke with the manager on duty to thank them for another great service and food! Thank y’all and keep up the awesome work!!
