Arrived at creedmoor location store at 5:59pm, realized they close at 6:00pm. Account manager Tyler Ellis greeted me and told me would be happy to stay and get me going. My wife's phone was in bad shape. Told him i needed a new phone. He looked at my account and informed me of the insurance I had on the phone and how I could make a claim to not have to buy a new phone. That honesty right there made my decision to get a new upgrade phone. He explained everything great and clearly. I definitely will be returning in the future for a new tablet with Tyler. Lastly I never felt rushed even though it was after store hours. 5 star in all aspects

I had a great experience upgrading to my new note20 ultra. Jami helped me throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She made the whole process an absolute breeze! I've recommended my family members, as well as several customers to her specifically.

Great customer service! I was looking for a pre-pay plan for 85yr old mom when a friend recommended this particular Verizon store. I drove an add’l 12 miles from my home vs going to the store a mile away. Great service from Jen and Laura. Worth the trip. Thx again!
