(February 10, 2020, 8:09 am)I started CrossFit at this location over a year ago and I still look forward to attending the classes. The fellow athletes are encouraging and the coaches are very knowledgeable. My knee pains have subsided and I'm stronger than ever.

Great coaching on techniques people are not familiar with and everything can be scaled to the individual’s physical ability. Excellent equipment and facility. Fun and entertaining members to fellowship with. Worth checking out and trying a class.
