I've never worked out at a gym or fitness center before and was not really looking forward to it. Let me just say that after one workout, I was hooked and LOVED it. I cannot tell you what Alloy has done for my body in just 5 weeks. It's being transformed right before my eyes. Kathy Mazzoli is my personal trainer and she is amazing. She really works with you to make sure you understand exactly what body part you are working out and ensures you are doing it correctly. All of the trainers are really good, but Kathy is my trainer. Please give Alloy a chance to change your body and your life. I'm so glad I took the leap of faith.
