Henry/Calvin's Plumbing & Pump

This was an emergency, I needed to replace an outdoor spigot and thought I could do it myself. Well, I couldn’t, I snapped off the spigot from the supply line. Calvin came even though his day was already booked. He was able to squeeze me in and get the water back on and new spigot installed.

I simply had a few questions I wanted to ask a local plumber. All the other plumbers I called before did not want to help me & said I had to schedule an appt for an estimate ONLY then would they would answer my questions. But when I called Henry and Calvin's Plumbing and pump, Calvin or maybe it was Henry (who I spoke with) was able to answer most my questions. He gave me his honest opinion on them. I could tell he wanted to help me out not just as a potential customer but as a person. There were a few things he could not tell me ofc but the things that he did helped me a lot. In the end I did not choose to get plumbing done for my own reasons. But next times I need plumbing, I KNOW who to call now. And I know who to recommend. From the moment you speak on the phone with them they will treat u like a person and not just like a paying customer. I can only imagine how much better they will treat their customers and their job. From calling around I found out larger plumbing services will NOT want to help you unless you pay them.. they will also most likely charge more as well. It is best to call small local plumbers like this one for more honest and correct service. Also make sure you call around before you choose. Make sure the person coming is Licensed & check for BOTH the bad AND good reviews. :)
