Dr. Ablott and the entire staff at New Garden Eye are a wonderful team. Great practice and caring staff in a modern office with the latest technology. If you are looking for an eye doctor in Greensboro you can’t go wrong with this practice.

It was our first visit and the appointment was for my 7-year old who had been nervous about going to the eye doctor. Upon entering, the staff welcomed us and made us comfortable. The initial paperwork with Heather was a breeze. We were offered refreshments while we waited. The office is bright and modern. Daisy walked my child through the intake exam and patiently waited during the moments my child was unsure and needed some extra time to process it all. Dr. Eric Ablott was quick to greet us warmly after the initial exam. He was friendly, professional and also extra kind and patient with my child. I didn’t feel like he rushed through the exam like some other places may do. He took his time to explain everything to us. My child needed glasses so we then went to see Brad who worked with us to find the best fit. The pricing was explained upfront and we won’t be waiting long for their arrival. Our experience was outstanding and I highly recommend this practice!

This is one of the best eye care businesses in Greensboro! Dr. Eric and his staff are remarkable. From John, to Brad, to Heather, to the other young lady there, they all make a client feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Eric is incredible - caring, knowledgeable and insightful. I love that he endorses a whole-body approach to wellness, and that he envisions a world where different specialists communicate together toward a better, more healthy patient. I recommend this practice unreservedly!

Extremely impressed with our visit. The office was very clean and modern. Equipment was also very modern and all employees were very friendly, welcoming, patient and professional. The optometrist answered all questions, introduced possible options we didn't know were even available. The appointment was for two young children and the "bedside manner" of everyone they interacted with was fantastic. They were patient, interacted and related with the kids on their level but also treated them and asked them questions directly versus posing questions to the parent. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend New Garden to anyone looking for an eye exam.

The eye exams used cutting edge tools that I have never been tested with, and the measuring for fitness was another impressive experience.
The staff Heather, Brad, Charlotte, and John were all super friendly, professional, and experts! They have high quality glasses and lenses you won’t find at the national chains. I found a new home for my eyes!! Great place, I highly recommend it👍👍👍
