  Debbie was fantastic to work with in the sale of our home. She is a true professional and cares about her clients and her work. In a rapidly changing real estate market as a result of rising interest rates, Debbie provided us with timely advice and solid choices from which to make the best decisions in order to get the highest possible sale price for our home. She was in constant communication with us and was always responsive to our calls. She has great relationships with other realtors, home renovation experts and contractors which made the entire process run smoothly and kept the closing process on track when inevitable repair issues arose. As an example of how Debbie goes above and beyond the call of duty to serve her clients, she showed up one evening after dark at our home, during the middle of a torrential downpour as a hurricane passed through town, and stood in six inches of water in the basement with a restoration specialist to figure out what the problem was and get the repairs started and finished as quickly as possible.   We highly recommend Deborah Proehl if you are looking to sell or buy a home in the Triad area. She’s extremely knowledgeable, reachable and professional. She has helped our family buy and sell 4 homes in last 10 years and she’s always been a rock star in the past so we knew we were in good hands when we were looking to buy. She was always accessible and got us a viewing right away (which was important in this market). Somehow in one of the craziest markets she eventually got us the house we wanted under asking price and got sellers to give us a new roof and Hvac.. unheard of in 2022 but she did it…we looked at so many houses and made many offers but Debbie was always patient and helped keep our moral up. She’s a real pro. She was on it throughout the closing process - we were even able to close within 2 weeks! Bonus, all of her contractor recommendations were extremely professional and efficient - which is hard to find now-a-days when you can hardly get a call back. We are so thankful we had her and recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor. We loved working with her and are grateful for all she did for our family.. simply the best!!!!

  We contacted Deb to help us with the sale of our condo in Jamestown and we were delighted with how well things went. We knew we needed to make some upgrades as it was a rental and Deb gave us very solid advice on what upgrades to make and which to leave alone. Once the condo went on the market Deb was there with regular updates on viewings and any input from other realtors. The condo sold VERY quickly and for the highest price (by far) of any condo in the community had ever sold for. Debs professionalism and knowledge of the market make her a standout among her peers.

  I have been extremely pleased with Deborah's service! She is professional and truly cares about meeting her clients needs. She is easy to talk to, has good insight, is attentive to detail, and gets things done in a timely manner. She has been a buyer's agent as well as a seller's agent for me. She served me well in both of these roles. I highly recommend her!

  It was very lucky that we found Deb. We were relocating from the West Coast to North Carolina, and didn't know a soul! It was through an acquaintance, who gave Deb a glowing review, that we found her. It was her friendliness, and very obvious deep knowledge of the greater Greensboro area, gained by living and working here for years and years, that attracted us to her.
  
  I cannot say we were easy clients. My wife and I are two very different type of people, and approach home buying in two very different ways. We also changed our home requirements midway through the process. Deb met both of our needs expertly and efficiently, with candor and logic when needed, and with caring and support when frustration or bad news came our way.
  
  Due to the current market, and also due to our needs that evolved to be rather specific, our homebuying process was lengthy. At no time did Deb try to talk us into a home. She always acted in our best interest, and talked us off of more than one "cliff" when we were infatuated with houses that had issues that didn't meet our needs. She even coached us (*never* being dictative) through pulling out of a home when inspection showed it to have flaws that would impact its down-the-road resalability.
  
  Deb is thorough, very knowledgeable in homebuying, friendly, funny, and tenacious when acting on our behalf. Even now, after the wonderful house she found for us is ours and moved into, she continues to ensure that we get what the sellers promised us.
  
  Most importantly, Deb is a shrewd businesswoman, but, doesn't approach real estate as merely a business. It's very obvious she cares deeply for her clients, and will not stop until they're happy.
