Triad Primary Care

Very friendly staff, all were compassionate and considerate throughout my visit. They were very busy so I waited awhile as a walk-in patient but was thanked for my patience several times, and all patients in the waiting room were offered water/ restroom breaks if needed due to the long wait. Dr. Millsaps was attentive, thorough, and very compassionate. I've not visited a Dr's office in many years and she truly alleviated my anxiety. I will not hesitate to return if needed.

I was treated in a timely manner even though it was later Friday afternoon! Kim did a great job diagnosing my sore back and provided great solutions. My medicine was called in the pharmacy very quickly so I didn’t have to make extra trips out. Staff was pleasant! Great experience! We’ve been using this clinic for after hours/weekends and have always been treated well.

Front desk Kim is amazing and so easy to work with. She gives the best customer service!! Love her!!! Dr. Kim is definitely the best family doctor I have ever had. She is easy to talk to and always has a solution and answer to all questions and problems.

I have been going to Triad Primary Care for the several years now and Dr. Scott and Dr. Kim are two of the most kindest, genuine, and caring doctors I’ve ever seen! All the staff goes above and beyond to help you with all your needs and to make sure that any and all concerns are handled efficiently. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a primary care doctor or urgent needs. Thank you Dr. Scott and Dr. Kim for all you’ve done and continue to do you guys are the best!

I received great care, Tracy was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hate needles and I have small veins which usually makes it pretty hard for people to get the needle in the right place the 1st time. She was able to poke me once and it was painless. I’m very grateful my sick day was filled with a little sunshine. Thank you Tracy!!
