The staff is pretty friendly, and they offer appointments on Saturday so I don’t have to alter my work schedule to attend the appointment. At the time of my appointment, they also scheduled my daughter as well, and we didn’t have to wait long at all to be called back. I even called them on a Saturday morning as soon as they opened to ask if my daughter’s prescription could be faxed to the place where we were getting her glasses and we literally didn’t wait any time at all before they faxed it over. Even the lady at the place were getting the glasses was impressed.
