The Greensboro-Wendover manager Denise G. took the time to accommodate us as the store was closing. She took the time to thoroughly introduce us to the SN beds that peaked our interest. Her insight and familiarity with all SN products helped us to make an informed final decision. She was so nice, knowledgeable and very patient with us. My experience at the Greensboro store was very pleasant. Sam greated us with a welcoming hello. Then she very patiently showed us the difference beds and their difference.

I haven’t received my mattress yet but I have great anticipation. My sales lady (Samantha) was so knowledgeable about the item I needed and informed me of every likelihood that I could consider. She was the absolute best but never pushy. I’ll let all know how well I’m sleeping when it arrives!
