We found Church Outlet during a Google search for a portable baptismal pool for our church. I am rating them on just the customer service alone. Rick & Susan were great! They answered all of our hundreds of questions without delay. I appreciate that they answered the phone when we called (no recording). We should be receiving our baptistry in a few days and it has only been about two weeks since we placed the order. I am looking forward to seeing the finshed product.
