Joseph and staff are great! Provide great customer service and workmanship! Fixed A/C, replaced compressor and freon on my car. Did freon charge on son's car as well!! Thank you for taking care of us!!

Had a nail in my dads tire in his car and couldn't make it to my shop in winston from high point because of how fast it was leaking. Two guys at the front desk got me fixed and squared away with a professional manner and I was back on the road in no time. Coming from a shop owner himself, these guys are trustworthy for sure.

Have taken my cars there for years and always got good service. Always felt treated fairly. Never tried to upsell me a bunch of extra service.

I tried this location for the first time this past Saturday (11/21/2020) and was very pleased. I was there for an oil change and was in an out in no time. Great customer service from the guys up front even though they have bad taste in football teams lol The fact that they even mentioned football won me over. It made the experience even better because they were very personable. They've definitely gained a new customer! Go Pats 😁
