Brookdale High Point

I just have to share my wonderful experience after visiting my parents at Brookdale High Point. After just two days my father passed away at 88 from natural causes. The overflow of emotions, caring and concern from the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Special mention to THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!
We also received a visit from Kendra and the Manager Ian..

On November 15th, I moved my elderly parents into the Brookdale High Point facility from another nearby assisted living home. I spent a day and a half getting my parents settled in and wanted to acknowledge the responsiveness of the staff at Brookdale HP. While everyone my parents and I had contact with was very cordial and helpful, I must make special mention of how fantastic Ian (Director), Jason (Sales), Moses (Maintenance) and Joan (Nursing) were in attending to the needs of my parents. While it took several days to fulfill the specific requirements for them, Ian and Jason were readily available to discuss any issues and personally attended to many matters or contacted the appropriate Brookdale staff member to quickly handle our concerns. I am very comfortable having my parents in the capable hands of the staff at Brookdale HP and highly recommend this facility for anyone searching for a home for their loved ones.

We placed my disabled Brother in Brookdale the end of June and we have been very pleased with the service. It's a smaller facility with good staff and a clean environment. My Brother loves the meals . He has a good size room with private bath. He's been in 9 weeks so far and he's Happy with his new Home.
