Shine Bright Reiki

What an amazing experience. I was not sure what to expect with a reiki session but Caroline was so patient with my initial questions and so thoughtful in her explanations of my results. With the various things happening in my world of late, it was so nice to leave feeling relaxed, calm, and the session validated what I’ve been thinking & handling my internal ick. Will definitely have another session! 😃

My session with Caroline last week was my first time experiencing Reiki and I loved it! Caroline listened carefully to my anxiety around “massage”. She met me where I was emotionally and reassured and encouraged! I’m so thankful because her professional, methodical touch and down to earth sharing of what was happening made my first Reiki experience awesome. It’s hard to explain how I felt both heavy and light, grounded and free of worry, attuned to emotional memory within my physical body and released of anxiety and physical stress in my muscles. Throughout the day, I felt so “together”!
I highly recommend spending the time and money on your-SELF CARE! I think you will love Caroline as much as I do❤️

Being an exceptionally anxious person, Caroline met me where I was before my Reiki session. I came to her in need of relief from my anxiety and stress management. She quickly put me at ease as she explained the whole process. After each session I leave feeling refreshed and calm. I genuinely look forward to my next visit and learning more from her.
