Not only was the cake delicious, everything was done so beautifully. Tracy was so transparent and showed me how keep the cost reasonable while still bringing my vision to life. “Over twenty years ago, we purchased rugs from Abu for our entire home. We have large wool and silk rugs that are hand knotted and the most beautiful art on our floors. We have runners and smaller rugs as well. Just last year, we remodeled our home and sent all of our rugs to Abu to be cleaned and some of the fringe cut professionally. These rugs have seen much traffic, many gatherings, spills including wine, however, they have always been easy to clean and return to their beauty. The professional cleaning last year brought them back to their original luster and we continue to enjoy them each and every day. In addition, Abu is personally invested in how the rugs are placed in our home. He came personally to help place and replace furniture on them "just so"...He is a wonderful man as are all of those he employs in his business. “I've been here 6 months. I read some of the concerns on other reviews - water pressure, unresponsive office personnel, and noisy neighbors. I've not experienced any of those. I'm on the 3rd floor and water pressure is normal. That must have been early on was fixed. My sinks, shower, and washing machine all perform normally. The only noise I hear is an outside door every now and then - I've done that myself by accident if my hands are full and I miss the door coming inside. I've never heard my neighbors inside my apartment and have next door neighbors on both sides (not even once). The office staff has been very professional and responsive. I've not had a lot of contact because I haven't had issues. My main contact has been Leanne and she is always upbeat, positive, knows who I am, and responds quickly to notes on the resident portal. I met Nia and Sherry when I moved in too - they were both professional and helpful. I just haven't had opportunity to interact with them much. Overall, great experience. I've been happily surprised at how energy efficient the apartment is. I have averaged $40/month electricity over the last 6 months. It's a great property - Convenient, quiet, easy parking (plenty), nice workout facility, nice place to live.”

Dr. Ray Beshears and all his staff have provided our family with expert state of the art, comprehensive prophylactic dental services since the beginning of his practice in the 70's in Jamestown. I have had crowns over the years and all were perfectly and expertly done with no discomfort and I have never had a complication with them to this day. Today I was evaluated for periodontal disease, had a thorough routine dental cleaning as well as fluoride treatment. Brittany was my dental assistant today and was very gentle. I didn't even feel the gum evaluation. The staff has always been friendly, with individual personal and professional dental care. The entire office is beautiful from entry way lobby and into every dental treatment room. I always feel relaxed during every procedure and have never had any experiences over the years that were less than professional. I owe all my present healthy gums, teeth and smile to Dr. Ray Beshears and his professional staff. I 100% recommend this dental practice.”
