Brittian Chiropractic Center - Greensboro

I went into their office not knowing anything about chiropractic care. Alyssa has always been so helpful in explaining and helping with any situation. I have been having issues since I had my little boy about 3 years ago. After a 3 month process with Dr. Megan my leg, hip and lower back pain is almost completely gone. I would recommend the Greensboro office for anyone looking for a GREAT chiropractor!

I just finished my last session at Brittian Chiropractic Center here in Greensboro. It was not only a great experience in helping me recover from a shoulder and back issue but Dr. Richardson is very knowledgeable in her field on answering and explaining any and all underlining issues that you may be having. She has great staff to assist her and help you through any Chiropractic issues you may be having! Obviously

Highly recommend this center. I have been going there a little over a month and am amazed at the results I have seen. I recently started decompression therapy and it is doing wonders for my Sciatic nerve problem. I am able to move around more freely and because I am, I have lost 5 pounds. As an added bonus, having my spine aligned has greatly improved my sinus issues. Dr. Richardson is the best and her staff, Alyssa and Victoria are always friendly and very helpful.

I cannot say enough great things of Dr. Richardson, Victoria, and Alyssa at the Brittain Chiropractic in Greensboro! Dr. Richardson treats the whole body through traditional chiropractic services and holistic techniques. She provides exercises that help sustain your alignment and promotes back health. The team works efficiently and quick. I am so thankful for them. :)

This is an incredible healing place for the whole family! Dr. Richardson and staff are so wonderful and accommodating! I love that Dr. Richardson really listens to you and validates you and creates a plan to get you on a path of feeling good! I have been going here for almost 2 years now and I know having my adjustments through my entire pregnancy made the whole experience including labor easier! Also my hubby has seen incredible improvement and we have been brining our son since birth and the staff and Dr. Richardson are so sweet and gentle with our little one! Definitely a family place! We love it!
