(October 29, 2018, 9:54 am)The guys at Carolina Thomas are amazing. We won't buy a bus from any other place. Their sales staff are top notch. Their mobile service techs are top notch. Nothing but good things to say about them.
(August 27, 2018, 5:29 pm)I have 28 years of Non-profit experience and I have never worked with a group like the Carolina Thomas team. We have purchased two buses in the past 16 months and both purchases were professionally handled by well trained staff. They even made a 40 mile special delivery for us to surprise our Club kids last summer. We take all of our maintenance concerns to them and have always experienced quick, properly repaired, and fairly priced service.
Selling buses is only one goal for the Carolina Thomas team. They recently proved that they care for the community by hosting a group of our teens for a career day. Numerous Carolina Thomas staff members worked to teach our young teens about what it takes to land a job in the technical industry.
In short, if a bus purchase is in the plans for your future, YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH CAROLINA THOMAS. These guys are the best that I have ever worked with.
