  Milano Pizza off nc68 near Gallimore Dairy Rd. Has great daily specials usually with a salad, entree, bread sticks and drink for prices that don't break the bank. Enjoyed the lasagna last night. Nice, clean well lit seating area. Recommended by friends and they were right. Try for yourself and see. Oh, their specials can be for takeout too. I don't usually endorse a restaurant but my experience impressed me enough to share with others. Word of mouth is always the best advertisement. Enjoy!

  Great prices, and even better food. You're not going to find better pizza on a buffet. Anywhere.

  Tried Milano’s for the first time on Saturday (carry-out). I’m convinced this may be the best pizza in Greensboro. Definitely better than the larger chain restaurants. The pizza was hot & fresh, the folks were friendly, I loved it and my 10, 9 & 7 year old niece and nephews loved it as well! Will definitely support Milano’s again.

  Really good local pizza shop. Nothing fussy, just simple tasty food. They have a lot of topping choices, even eggplant. Last time there was a problem with the Uber Eats site making it difficult to add what we wanted to the cart. It wasn't even the restaurant's fault, but they wrote a nice little apology note and gave us a free piece of cheesecake.

  I think some people have a misconception of what constitutes a five star rating. While Milano Pizza does not have the fanciest of ambiance’s it has tons of local charm. We were greeted by the sweetest woman and she had a pizza made for my date and I fresh from the oven with our choice of toppings. The crust was great and plenty of cheese! Tasty marinara sauce for dipping if that suits your fancy. The buffet is modest and the salad bar isn’t anything special, but it does the trick and the ranch is perfect.
  
  The staff was so friendly and genuinely thankful for our business. The restaurant was super clean and they had real ice-cream for my fellow sweet tooth’s. What more can you ask for in a nice casual date night? Get out of the house for a movie and then go to dinner at this quaint hole in the wall! I did not regret taking a chance on it and I don’t think you will either.
