“Sadly the location that was nearest to me permanently closed down . I loved that store. They were never like their competitor W-S. At W-S they would follow you around the whole store pressure selling you. At Sure La Table they would give you a friendly greeting and if you had a particular interest they would gladly help you. Or if you were just browsing they would cheerfully say " let us know if you need anything." The website is really easy to use but, I do miss that hands on feeling. I like to be able to look and touch what I am paying for.”

The staff is not pushy and so consultative, they are truly helpful. As a man I many times dread jewelry stores, because I have felt inadequate when salespeople put a guilt trip on me when exploring options. Not at Kendra Scott though! From start to finish, Caitlin was exceptional! She took her time and made me so comfortable! When I was ready to purchase she never once made me feel pressured!
