Dropped in for a class and was immediately welcomed by Chad and his members. Great space, great people, tough workout. The place is HUGE and has everything you could imagine. After the workout we talked programming and learned their philosophy of putting an emphasis on strength as that’s typically where people need the most help. Just a great bunch of people. All ages, genders, levels of fitness were well represented. Now stop reading and GO to CF Oak Ridge!

Wonderful people and community. I have travelled here to get a WOD in on the road and the facilities are great. The coaches take time to go over any modifications that need to be made and are focused on correct form and mobility work. I look forward to visiting again.

Great place. Friendly environment. I was new in town and the folks at this gym were great. They will take you at any fitness level and work with you to become the best cross fit athlete you can be. You won't go wrong here.
