Horizon View Travel

We just returned home from our second trip booked through Horizon View Travel, specifically with Angela. This trip we spent eight days in Prague, Czech Republic at a very unique five star hotel called the Grand Bohemian Hotel. How Angela found it we will never know but the service was exceptional and the room spectacular. It even included a large balcony overlooking the Old Town. As always, Angela was a great communicator before, during and after our trip. It was so well planned, we didn't need to call but her occasional text was very much appreciated. We wouldn't consider using another travel agent! Thank you Angela!

Angela was a great travel agent. She helped with every step of our planning process. She made sure we had all the documents needed for flights and our resort stay. She was always just a text, email or phone call away if I needed anything. I would highly recommend her.

Had a great time exploring the National Parks in Wyoming and Utah. Angela had us in great hotels and close to the parks. She planned a great 2 week adventure for us!

I have never used a travel agent before and after this experience, I cannot imagine planning a trip without Horizon View Travel. Angela has great recommendations that work with any budget. She can send you full trip itineraries with your interests in mind or just map out the important stuff. She is so easy to work with, professional, and communicates promptly. You can tell she really takes the time to research and read reviews before sending over recommendations for hotels/excursions/restaurants/etc.. I look forward to working with Angela again on our next vacation!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Horizon Travel. Because of COVID, Angela made sure it was permissible and safe for us to travel at the time we wanted to take a vacation. She contacted the hotel and made sure they had in-house Covid testing which is required three days before returning to the US. The resort she chose for us was spectacular. She was in constant contact with us via email asking how the trip was going and if we had any concerns or request. I did have a request once and she immediately responded back and took care of it. We will definitely be coming back and use this travel company when we do!
