Best prime butcher in the Triangle! This is the first real butcher we’ve found since leaving Long Island NY in 2010. Prices are reasonable for prime and excellent for other meat especially pork chops! The quality is great! The staff is very accommodating and friendly! Our only butcher now!
Looking for quality meats at a reasonable price point? Look no further than Angier’s very own Carolina Butcher Shop.
This place has it all - from pre-seasoned chicken wings for your air fryer to Wagyu steaks to celebrate momentous occasions. Carolina Butcher Shop has a diverse selection of quality products.
The best part of Carolina Butcher Shop is their team. New manager Jeff is a stand-up guy who cares about his word and doing right by people. He and I became fast friends over our shared mid-western roots and our care for our community. This small business is veteran owned and is doing all they can to bring exceptional products for your money.
For the holiday season, Jeff and his team at Carolina Butcher Shop are hosting a Toys for Tots campaign. Please bring a new, unopened, and unwrapped toy to their Angier, NC location.
Thank you, Carolina Butcher Shop, for all your service, for how hard you work, and for how remarkable your prices are given you’ve got the best meats in the region. We appreciate y’all!
Heard about this place a while back, been looking for a Butcher. Needed just the point of a brisket and they cut one for me while waiting. Burnt ends turned out great. Decided to try a couple other items; jalepeno stuff chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed mushroom tops. Turned out great. Also got their box special...will be a repeat customer. I decided to repackage the meat, out of the box, in freezer bags since I wouldn't be eating for a few days.
Tristan and his folks run a great shop. I love doing BBQ and this is my go to place for ingredients. I love that it is a Veteran Owned business as well. Can't wait for them to open the Cary location :) (A man can dream right)
We have been shopping at Carolina Butcher for 3 years. We have always had wonderful experiences. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. The products are fresh and they have great sales. I love the small town feel and their community involvement. I highly recommend!
