Beltone Hearing Aid Center

The service at this office deserves 5 stars, but Beltone’s hearing aids, at least mine, don’t. The office is sending one of my aids in to get it worked on, after sending the other one in a couple of months ago. I do have a loaner pair this time. These are a newer model than mine and a version of higher quality. In the 2-3 hours that I’ve had them, it already appears that they are much better. I am sure that they do that hoping people will upgrade after the loan.

I lost the stabilizer out of one of my hearing aids and the woman upfront put new ones on both of my hearing aids and also cleaned them. I was in and out in a short amount of time. She was friendly and very professional and it was appreciated.

I recently visited the Beltone Hearing Aid Center and was truly impressed by their exceptional customer service. Beltone truly stands out for its amazing customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of hearing assistance. Thank you, Austin, for your outstanding service!

The staff members were friendly. They answered all our questions. Larry was reassuring and made me feel confidentiality in his knowledge in administering the several hearing tests.
