I knew it was time my 20 year old rainbow vacuum cleaner needed some TLC and besides the wheels were literally falling apart. I went to this shop and boy am I glad I did. Ms. Brenda is an expert on these machines, she knows her stuff! Not only did she fix and clean my rainbow but taught me the proper way to clean the machine after each use as well as the proper way to store it. She's a delightful woman to chat with too♥️. I think now that I know how to take better care of my rainbow she'll go another 20 years. Thank you Brenda!!
I am so excited that I was able to find a Rainbow dealer that is licensed to fix Rainbow vacuums. I have always owned a Rainbow. I haven't had to have it fixed or worked on on years. But today when I needed one, I found her! Brenda was awesome!! I will definitely be returning. Who knows, it might be time to trade my 14 year old vacuum in for a newer model. That's right... I have had this one for 14 years! It is still going strong. Yes, I LOVE MY RAINBOW
