Nate and Amber were fantastic to work with! In a crazy, hot market, they kept us grounded and realistic but were understanding to our wants and needs. They were patient with our endless questions (first time home buyers here) and helped us through the entire process. They accommodated all the showings we requested and allowed us to go through all the motions so we could feel confident in our purchase. And they were able to keep us in Carolina Lakes which is what wanted! We were so grateful for their support and guidance! 10/10 recommend!

Amber and Nathan made buying our first home painless. In fact, we had fun on our search with them! They were extremely patient, and super understanding to our situation at the time. We were living in GA and only had a couple opportunities to travel to NC and they accommodated us last minute. They took us to at least 7-8 different homes (spread across the Fayetteville and Sanford area), and at the very end of the last day, Amber recommended one last place to look at. She could have easily thrown in the towel on us, especially after a long day of driving and looking around. We ended up purchasing the last house that she recommended! They are both super professional, maintain constant contact throughout the purchasing process, and provide sound advice to first-time home buyers. As scary and intimidating as it is to purchase a home, these two made the process feel much less daunting - with their positivity and professionalism. Next time we buy a house in the area, the Stover’s are who we will call. We recommend you do the same!

Nathan and Amber helped us sell our investment home in Aberdeen. They both worked endlessly to secure the sale of our home and get the best deal possible even through dealing with other unscrupulous Real Estate agents within the area, they were both easy to talk with and always made sure we were educated and comfortable with our decision.
