Great service! We didn’t have an appointment, I took my 16 year old to get his license we were in and out with a license within an hour!
They were awesome quick and very helpful
Firstly, 'DMV' search on Google Maps steers you to the plates/registration office only. You must enter 'drivers license' to find it. Once I found it tucked away (behind bad signage) and waited an hour (very small office in large bldg), I was professionally assisted and out in 20 minutes.
After a bad start and delay of our 10:45 am appt, we returned at 2pm, as suggested and had the pleasure of meeting Victoria Whitehurst, who jumped into action to make up for the earlier issues. She is the friendliest, most positive and helpful lady who multitasks to perfection. She got what we needed accomplished so we could get driving back to Raleigh. She needs to be running the entire DMV operation in NC!
We got lucky and arrived ahead of the crowd on a Friday afternoon. Got there at 2:30pm walk-in. My sis was done with written and driving test in an hour and 15 mins.
