“I bought a house in April, was told that the water pump was fixed and it was good to go. well, the second week it began to fail, low water pressure and the pump began to short cycle. I called Ultimate plumbing after I had exhausted everything I knew to look at, including the air pressure tank and a new water switch, I figured that the issue was with the water pump. Joe Hughes showed up on time, I explained all the things I did and what I thought was the issue. Joe listened then went right to testing. He first crawled under the house and noticed that the last home owner set up a secondary filter on my whole house filter system and put it before the system, so it would catch everything and clog the filter in less than 30 days, causing the water pump to work twice as hard. He worked that into estimate, at cost to replace and put it in the correct location after the primary filter system. He said that he could come back out in an hour to begin the work and would bring another tech with him. Well he showed up as he promised and it only took 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He wasn't bothered by me standing around and watching, was very professional. Explained some of the parts of the install to me and upgraded everything that went back in the well. He was outstanding from the word go. I just had moved into this house and had to deal with family issues that pretty much depleted all my savings, so he worked with me to get the job completed. I highly recommend Ultimate plumbing, from this experience there are not enough stars to rate him high enough. Thanks again Joe!”

The balance of social skills and academics is perfect. Beth is an amazing teacher who loves children and truly cares for them as an individual. She wants them to be their best and inspires them to be. The communication between teacher and parent is also top notch! Beth is always willing to meet with us to discuss any concerns or just the progress of our daughter. We could have never found a more loving, compassionate, but challenging teacher. I will be homeschooling my children starting next year, but we love her so much we will send our son when he is ready so he can have the same amazing experience. ”

He is fair in his pricing and does quality work in a timely manner. I have sent many friends to him when they have computer issues and they too have been happy with his service. I had a hard drive that would no longer boot up for me. I was very upset since my pictures, all my documents and my music would be lost! Lee told me that it is no problem, he would take care of downloading my important information and save it to discs for me, and he did just that.
