In fact, here are three tangible examples of how they've demonstrated this commitment to personalized service to me personally: 1) They came to ME to open my small business banking account (no lie - there is no need to go into a branch - they'll actually come to YOU to help you open up your business!) 2) The tellers actually know my name and the name of my business and ask about my kids (and dogs) by name. 3) They do business with their clients. When there is an opportunity to hire a local company for standard business services (like commercial cleaning or local printing) they always aim to give the biz to their clients first.”
