My experience with the Efland Insurance office has been absolutely awesome, primarily because of my interactions with Susan Figueroa! She has been wonderful and a joy to work with. When we moved to NC, Susan made our transition and setting up new policies an easy and enjoyable process. Her attention to service and responding to my needs are some of the best I have ever experienced. Susan defines what excellent customer service should look like. As long as Susan is working at Allstate, I'll be a customer for life!
