They strike a great balance between straightforward facts, cautious optimism and helpful reassurance to make me feel I'm in great hands. Their nurses are patient, kind and friendly, and their billing office was more than willing to work with me through some insurance issues. Hematologists and oncologists are not doctors anyone wants to NEED to see, but if you can choose, I highly recommend this great team.
