Update 1: very busy, did re-alignment and new tires quickly. Previous alignment from last Oct. exhibited unexpected tire wear so they made additional alignment adjustments to hopefully not ruin another set of tires. Tire prices are way up right now but still reasonable prices compared to other shops. I still trust them and will be back, I'll update this review again if that changes.

Update 2: easy tire rotation and a good quote for tires for my pickup. Still recommend Tire Masters and bumping up to 5 stars!

As we were traveling on Rt. 77S we needed new trailer tires and found Tire Masters on the internet, what a stroke of good luck. The service and honest information shared with us was invaluable. Kim, Chris and the entire team were so friendly, helpful and joking with us. We Highly recommend Tire Masters for you service needs. Will consult with "The Team" prior to purchasing any new tires in the future.

Wonderful, honest, knowledgeable team at this shop. Kim, John, Mike and the service team are the most trusting and caring people you will meet. I have been taking my vehicles to them since I moved to Mooresville 17 years ago and no one else in town compares to them. Our family trusts them with all of our vehicle needs no matter the make. I recommend them without any hesitation! Just stop by or call them and they will take care of you!

We have been coming here for quite a while now, initially it was just 2 of our cars, now 5 cars with teen agers, we have always trust their work and if there were any issues, we never hesitated because we knew it would be fixed right away. Our entire family is so grateful for the work and care they do for our cars. As a parent of 3 teens, I know is daunting putting trust in your mechanic, but rest assured that these guys exceed our expectations. They treat us like family and we are so glad to support their business. John, Mike, and all the Techs are great people. Thank you TM for being there for our family. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for tires for either a passenger car, light commercial or in my case a trailer. I cannot fault them on pricing which I found to be extremely competitive when priced against other dealers in the area and as I've already said the service is exemplary.
