Dr. Stephen Zimmer, MD is the best doctor I have every had. He cares about his patience's. I came to him a few years ago and he help me with medical issues. I needed a few specialist and he put me with the right medical specialist. He takes his time go over things thoroughly mapping out the issue with a diagram.
But, I give Trinity Health Care a one star in their business. The main problem is i can no longer see Dr. Zimmer due to the clinic "Trinity Health Care" hiring a unprofessional medical assistant that harass me over and over. Making me look like I had the issue when she "Melissa P. did had issue, that acted like nurse and a doctor, with no credentials while overstepping Dr. Zimmer. I watch over and over abuse of Dr. Zimmer in the office, through her and others. They told me I couldn't come back and didn't even discuss it with Dr. Zimmer, which he was shock. In April Melissa wouldn't unlock the front door for my appointment and I kept knocking within the time limit of seeing the doctor. I called ahead and told them I would be there within the 15 time lapse allow. I was very upset and it hard telling what she claim I did was nothing. I sit in my car texting a long text to Dr. Zimmer explaining what went down. It took me a little. I needed to see my doctor due to medical health problems and I was very upset. Then a so call office manager came out, which I had file compliant of some of the things Melissa P. did. Telling me to come back tomorrow which I had several other appointment the next week. The office manager also wouldn't tell me Melissa P. proper name. I was there within the allow time but Melissa P. lock the door and claim she lock it at 2:01, but I was standing knocking on the door before 2:00 then she came and said she lock it at 2:01 which was a lie. The harassment I was getting was uncalled for. Never in my life have I had a problem at any doctors office. I sit a little longer writing my long text then they called the law on me for sitting in my car writing a text which I was upset and crying and taking the time to cool down before I drove. This was pure discrimination and harassment by Melissa P. which in the last year they would never give me her proper name, I had to go find it on my on. If mistreating patient good for business then Trinity health Care could use some training on how to run a business. The other doctor owns the business and I assume she was running to him complaining about me like I was someone bad. I have never in my life mistreated a professional in my life. Melissa has broke the law several time in regards to the medical board. I am white well educated professional that developed some sever disability and came disable and on Medicaid which may be the reason they wanted to get rid of me. I experience Melissa P telling me like a doctor what medicine I could take and not, calling me out in the waiting in reference to my appointment in front of everyone the reason of my appointment or was it to refill my Tramadol that I take for peripheral neuropathy, she had just told another patient to leave she couldn't see Dr. Zimmer then she pursue jumping on me which was private between me and my doctor. I refuse my medical needed blood pressure and in June they denied to fill it and told the pharmacy I was no longer a patient there. Which, I didn't know anything about it. The pharmacy help me with it or I would of been in trouble also script were sent to pharmacy changing my medicine which I have proof and the doctor never even change my medicine. The pharmacy didn't request that medicine it was the one she fuss at me for my script that Dr. Zimmer was in control not her. I can only assume she was hired to get rid of some patient that were Medicaid patient since the business had other interest the owner doctor wife had open a different kind of clinic downstairs that set up for higher end clientele. I have been really sick. My doctor game me 3 months on my med and that was changed I seen it in the doctor notes which they didn't send me the last date of service doctor notes till I called back.
