The crew was amazing!!! They arrived at 1:30 P.M and we’re done at 9 P.M. I have never seen a team so together, they each had a job and they did it so effortlessly!! The end result was better then I could have imagined!! I will definitely use this company again!!!

After walking out to do some yard work one Saturday morning and finding shingles laying on our front walkway, I knew I had to call my insurance company and start the tooth-pulling process that is an insurance claim. While finishing up in the yard later that afternoon, I look up to see a Lightning Bolt Roofing vehicle driving through my neighborhood. Thinking this was too good an opportunity to pass up, and clearly a sign, I flagged him down. This started the phenomenally easy process that dealing with Lightning Bolt turned out to be! K.K, the representative, was able to inspect the roof, find storm damage, and contact my insurance agency all within about an hour. He met the inspector/adjuster a few days later while my wife and I were at work. A couple weeks later and after a few communications, a crew showed up to remove my old damaged roof and install a brand new one. They started at 6:30AM and were done by just after lunch time! Everything, from finding some shingles in my yard straight through to peace of mind for my home and family COULD NOT HAVE GONE EASIER! They filed the claim with our homeowners insurance and took care of the supplement as well. When our homeowners insurance didn’t want to approve the metal roofing equivalent, Lightning Bolt took the necessary steps to ensure we received the correct roof.
