(September 9, 2020, 7:55 pm)Went in today to return an iphone. Dealt with Ana and Steve. Both were truly amazing people to deal with. Even though i was mislead by third party ( Enjoy) . I left feeling more than taken care of by both of them. Their customer service skills were outstanding. If you need help with something simple or complex go to this store they have your back! They work hard to help you and make a bad situation better. And they acknowledged every customer in the store. This store is # WINNING!!!
(August 10, 2020, 6:35 pm)We had great service at this store. The staff acknowledged I was waiting and advised me how long it would take to be helped and I didn’t have to wait very long. Ana helped us upgrade our plan and we received a lower monthly rate. She was very friendly and helpful to us and it went very quickly. This is our neighborhood store and we appreciate their high level of service!

He took the time to print it out what we needed sent us on the web so we could compare and I rescheduled and scheduled again appointment so that we could take her time to decide what was the best for us. He was very polite and very helpful and as well the store manager make sure our needs were met everyone in the store was very very good
