She was unbelievably compassionate, and stunned me with how organized she approached the task. She made a horrible task nearly painless. She's a true professional.
I should add one thing. She took it upon herself to add a hand out that his widow elected against. She did this on her own time, and it was perfect. She thought it might help.
We'll never forget that kindness. It's clear she doesn't see this as a business as much as a service, and she clearly cares. I can't recommend her high enough.

All of their personnel was very professional and we would definitely recommend them. We were very impressed with Kasi Mitchell giving us such personal attention. We were very, very pleased with every aspect of the care we received.
