  I chose Allstate and I am glad I did they gave me the best deal on all 4 of my vehicles... and I am saving a ton of money.. Thank you Allstate not to mention the people are really nice..

  After being involved in an accident that was not our fault, the Houston Insurance Agency did everything they could to help. Especially Lisa Houston. The Allstate Insurance Company is a different story. The picture estimate process is worthless. They estimated $540 damage to a vehicle with almost $5000. damage. The adjuster from Allstate went along with what ever the adjuster from the other company wanted. Other Allstate personnel were less than truthful with me when I talked to them. They made this process a nightmare. Not something I would want to repeat or have anyone else go through. LLoyd Johnson
