“JP goes above and beyond great customer service. My family and I were traveling from PA to SC on New Years Day with my boat in tow when the inner bearings went out. There was no way possible that I could replace them on my own with the limited resources I had. Fortunate for me and the situation , we decided to stop in Mooresville NC where I found JP and performance trailer of NC on google. Long story short, JP bent over backwards to accommodate me. Not only did he repair my trailer he also offered delivery. There is not enough good things that I can say about JP and Performance Trailer. No high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at other boat dealers. They prepped the boat we were interested in and took us out on the lake on Sunday (when they were closed) when it was 40 degrees and the wind was blowing 25mph.
