  I was recently in an accident and the body shop recommended by the insurance company had a month delay to get going. Norris Paint & Bodyworx was recommended as an option for the repairs as they were able to schedule the repairs in a faster timeframe. I read the shop reviews and agreed to move forward. Holy cow! Am I glad I did! From my perspective, this shop goes above and beyond to get it right and to make sure their clients are satisfied. Great & friendly communication, fantastic service, and excellence in work performed! My car was repaired quickly, it looks better than ever, and Norris Paint & Bodyworx treated me the best! I would give more stars if I could. Two thumbs way up! I would recommend them highly for any service you need. Thank you!

  I had a really good experience. I will certainly use them again for sure. I hit a deer early morning driving my 2016 Dodge Challenger. There was a lot of damage and work required to get my car back to its original condition. I don’t just trust anyone with my car … they came highly recommended.. I am impressed with the quality and speed of their work. What really stood out to me was…. I had something wrong with my lock on one of my doors and they fixed it without me asking them. It had nothing to do with my bodywork that needed repairing. I noticed, called them back to express my gratitude. I want to thank you again for making this experience much easier than I thought it would be and for going above and beyond what was expected of you… If you want to know where to take your ride …this is the place !! 🙏❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅

  We never thought about needing a body shop until a deer decided to run out in front of us. This being a 2021 the knee air bags deployed destroying the dash and all the seatbelts locked up. The bumper damage not as bad thank goodness. Norris Paint & Body Worx is just down the road from us so we gave them a call. Took it to be repaired in January. Due to parts delay ( no fault of Norris) we just got it back all work completed and we can’t even tell it was ever damaged. They did amazing work. We could tell when parts did arrive as my vehicle app would alert us so we knew it wasn’t just sitting there waiting on all parts. I’m sure if the parts were not delayed we would have had our vehicle back within a few weeks. Our Thanks goes out to Norris Paint &Body Worx for making everything go smoothly with our insurance company and to your staff for getting our vehicle back on the road as quickly as you could. They definitely have our business if ever needed again.

  You can’t go wrong here! I’m so glad I was told about this place! I checked him out on Google upon first hearing about him and found he had over 100 5-star reviews so I dropped by to talk to him about fixing some “mistakes” I had made on my truck. He gladly checked out what I had done and promptly sent me an official quote for the repairs needed. He easily fit me into his busy schedule to complete the work a few weeks later. I just picked it up today and he went over everything he did on my truck. James is such a professional and his knowledge of the refinishing industry are top notch. His skills and ability are unmatched. I traveled from over an hour away to bring my truck here and am so glad I did. I will not go anywhere else ever again. I will recommend him and his business to everyone I know looking for collision repairs and refinishing work.
