(July 6, 2023, 1:07 pm)Challenger Family Dental provides the best service from a dentist that I have ever experienced. Dr. Challenger goes far beyond any dentist that I have ever been to see. He and all of his staff are compassionate and all so very friendly. Dr. Challenger certainly goes the extra mile to ensure that you understand your dental needs and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice and it is a private practice without other dentist in the practice. I would rate him 10 stars if possible.
(June 27, 2023, 8:04 pm)There are no words to describe the treatment and care that you receive at Challenger Family Dental. It is top notch. Dr Challenger and his staff know of my childhood dental experience growing up in London. To this day I carry both the fear and scars from those days. Both the Doctor and his team do everything possible to help with each and every appointment. Today I had four fillings done, as usual I arrived nervous to say the least. I was greeted with a smile, warmth and kindness the moment I entered the office. I can happily report I experienced absolutely no pain during the whole procedure. Don't hesitate to make Challenger Family Dental your dentist. You will love them.
(June 19, 2023, 11:35 pm)First class service prior to appointment. Great facility- even TVs on the ceiling for patients comfort. Dr Challenger is young, confident and competent. Good bedside manner and pricing is reasonable. Staff went way beyond to get us scheduled quickly since it was a wisdom tooth issue. Technology used in scheduling, service estimates, appointment reminders and follow up. Highly recommend Dr Challenger.
(June 15, 2023, 8:46 pm)Went to two different dentist in two other cities, North Raleigh and Cary for a partial and dental work including post and regular dental work after my former dentist retired. All were same price but horrible work done at the other offices. The others wanted to make a buck as they didn’t take time to hear my concerns and when I wasn’t pleased with the outcome they would blow it off and finally gave me my money back. I came to Dr. Challenger already very apprehensive and was unfair in already thinking he was like the others. I should of stayed close to home. I absolutely love the work he did with my partial, not flimsy and look very natural. I’m thrilled. All his recommendations were on point and we will continue to see Dr. Challenger, he is awesome! He is soft spoken, patient, and kind but best of all, he is very knowledgeable and excellent in his field.
(June 7, 2023, 9:00 am)We moved to Garner a year ago and I was anxious to find a new dentist after hearing horror stories from other practices nearby. But I'm so happy with this practice!! It was clean and all the staff were so nice and friendly, including the dentist himself. They even have little bottles of water in the front for you to take while you wait or after your visit. They were very thorough with my teeth cleaning and not rough. They even showed the problematic areas with a tiny camera real time so I can see for myself which was nice for once! The staff is very transparent and knowledgeable. I'm happy that this will be the dentist practice my family will be going to from now on!
