I went in today to get some windshield wipers for my truck and the new manager there was very helpful . He already knew what I needed without even looking it up. He even helped us install them. Thank you for providing great customer service, we need more people like you in these stores.

Experienced exceptional service here on 01/5/2023. I went in to get a new windshield wiper and since my windshield has a sensitivity sensor, the gentleman at the register helped me out and even installed it for me. We need more people like this in this world. Thank you for training your guys well.

I was running late and realized I had an issue, so I had to pull up last minute. The manager Louie greeted me with a smile and recommended me the perfect oil and some other products. I didn't go home hungry or thirsty that day all thanks to them, and I can't wait to return for more of their savory products!

J-Tops is the best bbq around! Eating that bbq chicken brought back memories of me growing up having a good ole’ cook out with my family! When I eat here I feel family, comfort, and warmth. ALSO that Mac and cheese BOMB! Make sure you stop at J-Tops BBQ for some good ole’ southern style food!

Great spot! Small scale smoked pork BBQ restaurant run by good folks. Very clean. Polite staff. They also serve burgers and dogs if you're not in the mood for BBQ.

John and his staff are awesome! Jtops has been cooking lunch for our company every day for several weeks now and they consistently deliver delicious food! John is extremely nice and takes care of his customers.

100 sanitation score and very welcoming staff. My family stopped by on Sunday and didn’t have time to review the menu before arriving but the staff was very helpful and the food was DELICIOUS 😁 I Will definitely return. Fried Squash was definitely a highlight! Never had it before then.

Between us we had pulled pork, brisket, slaw, fried okra, and fried squash. All very good. The fried veggies were lightly seasoned and crisp, the brisket tender but not mushy. The pork was the star, with a nice smoke flavor by itself. Add one of their traditional NC vinegar sauces—coastal vinegar and pepper or Lexington tomato/vinegar—and it’s next level.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering my wife a sample of the slaw before she ordered it. After we had a chance to dig in a bit, the owner came over and chatted ‘cue with us a while—a topic of which I never tire.

We’ve found a new top 5 BBQ spot, and will definitely be back!

Ordered this online and it was the wrong size. Went to the store and customer service was so amazing. Have to give it up to the Manager Danny O for being such a nice person hands down. He attended my needs with the return. Make sure you do have a receipt to make it easy. Will definitely return to AUTO ZONE everyone at this store is very helpful.
