Staff was informative and understanding - to the best of my knowledge my pet was well taken care of - md who operated on my pet was very friendly and made me feel my pet was important - I would highly recommend the lady vet
We truly appreciate this animal hospital. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vets go out of their way to .make sure that when we leave both we and our pet feels cared for. To top it off their pricing is very reasonable. We would recommend their services to anyone needing a good vet.
I have been going to Robinson Animal Hospital for several years now with all 3 of my pets; every visit has been so positive! I feel that they truly care about my babies. I really appreciate that they have always been understanding and patient with my one skittish cat. They explain procedures and services as well as costs of care and are always willing to answer questions or discuss concerns.
When I moved here 9 years ago I had my diabetic cat who was on insulin and needed a specific diet at specific times. I had a vacation scheduled 2 months after arriving here but my last cat sitter was back in NY. I stopped into Robinson AH about 2 weeks after the move and explained my dilemma. Voila! The loveliest young lady made herself available to care for my sweet pet.
I immediately began using Robinson AH for mine and my daughters cat on a regular basis. When "my" cat got to about 15 years old I finally had to put him down because he was no longer living a comfortable life and Dr Head was wonderful. Three days after I let my cat go I got a sympathy card signed by every staff member including Dr Head with personal expressions of sympathy from everyone. They also made an imprint of my sweet guys paw in ceramic with his name imprinted which they gave me. We recently had to let go of my daughters 18 year old cat, and again, their kindness was overwhelming.
We are looking forward to soon getting another pet. It will be a rescued pet just as my and my daughters were. The first thing we'll do is bring him to Dr Head and the staff at Robinson AH.
