Very friendly, courteous, understanding, and pleasant. Trey (PA) and Ebony (front desk) are the BEST!!!!!
First time appointment. I am coming to this facility from ECU Physicians Rehab in Greenville, NC. due to relocating to this area. I broke my Spine in 2010 after surgery I have experienced a few Spine Centers and Doctors. Check in process was pleasant and quick. Personnel was friendly especially the lady at the front desk. I first saw a nurse that was to sweet and friendly. Went through my vitals and she explained every step as approached. I then saw a PA Aaron. He is very knowledgeable of the spine anatomy and how its works. He explained my CT (carried this in from my prior doctor) in depth so that I fully understand. Asked me the procedures I have had in the past. There were 3 issues that had never been explained to me that contributes to the pain I have. These issues had never been explained to me nor have they been brought up in prior visits. He explained in depth what he was recommending to me. After listening to him I knew I was in the right hands. I am very pleased with this practice, staff and especially Aaron, PA.
After going through the experience of breaking my spine and surgeries. I had been doing great for the last year and half. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in October 2016 and since experienced more pain than ever. As anyone that has had a spine injury you know how painful and discouraging treatment can be trying to come up with the right plan. Due to the drug problem in this country Doctors are very reluctant in issuing pain medicine. Its like they don't believe what you are explaining as far as the pain. This is sad because everyone going in is not a drug addict, not chasing that prescription and does not abuse the medication.. This makes is very hard and discouraging for someone that actually needs medication. I have been so discourage in this that I have literally not gone to the doctor because I don't not wanted to be treated with a drug addict.
Aaron made me feel at ease and assured me that he understands about pain and jumped right in to find the right medication.
Thank you goes out to this group for great bedside manner, friendly, professional and caring. Most of all thank you to Aaron for not making me feel like a drug abuser. I look forward to working with this group to get my condition under control again.
