Cardinal Points Imaging - Clayton

I give this place 3 stars because the front desk staff and scheduling team is amazing. They are helpful and kind and went out of their way to assist me with my mammogram. I wish I could say the same for the technician, Estefani P. She on the other hand is rude, cold, and lacks knowledge or understanding. I won’t go back here as long as Estefani is a technician. She should have a desk job in a room where she doesn’t have to talk to or engage with other people, ever. There’s absolutely no good reason to be so unkind.

I’m editing my review and changing my original 3 star review to a 4 star review. The supervisor called me right away to try to resolve the issues that I had. She was kind and listened well to my concerns and I appreciated the follow up. This is what sets a company a part from the rest. She made sure that my chart was updated so that I get a different technician than the one I had when I come back. I like a business that follows through and puts the client/costumer/or patient first. As long as I never have to see Estafi for care again, I would return to Cardinal Points Imaging for future mammograms.

Had my mammogram 1/26/22. The ladies there are the sweetest! Very polite very professional. I arrived a little early. My appointment was for 12:30, I walked out at 12:33! Easy and efficient! Thanks ladies!🙂❤️

I went in this morning for my annual mammogram. I arrived early to fill out paperwork. The receptionist was very pleasant. I was called back before my actual appointment time. Suzy was my Technologist. She was wonderful. Very friendly and explained exactly what she was doing. She took the four images and had me out in no time. Highly recommend.

My first visit here and I am impressed. I was referred here by my primary care doctor for mammogram and ultrasound. They were very prompt in contacting me after receiving the referral and very communicative. They scheduled me for the first available appointment and during the time before the appointment they made extra efforts to try and track down records of previous procedures elsewhere to allow them to be better informed. Unfortunately first appointment had to be rescheduled due to radiologist being sick but they were efficient in getting me rescheduled a week later. I arrived about 25 minutes early and they took me quickly. Front desk staff were friendly and got my new patient/insurance done quickly and I was called back 5 minutes before my appointment. Two ladies who did my mammogram were very nice, comforting, and personable. My ultrasound tech was Rachel. She was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. Overall, great experience. They make something that can be unpleasant a bit more tolerable.
