It appears to be very clean and tidy. All homes were well kept up on their outside appearances. It is gated that's a bonus!
That's about all I know about it. Asked if I would consider living at this place I would say yes!

Nice clean showers, bathrooms, great clubhouse with 2 pool tables, lots of books or movies to exchange, heated pool. Convenient location to Phoenix and still out of the city in a small town. Mountain bike trails nearby also. The only negative is that they have you face your neighbors live side of their camper and the sites are narrow.

Something for all

Just got excellent customer service in the Clayton store. The young man was able to quickly reset my frozen phone, and told me about the new phone options that I was eligible for. No hard sell, just lots of helpful info. So appreciated his thoughtfulness!

Israel was fantastic! There were 3 of us in the store and he bounced between us doing something for one while the others' phones were updating, etc. Highly recommend this location!

Had a great experience with this store. Ended up with something better than anticipated and couldn’t be happier. Israel was much help!

This place is great. Staff is really nice, fun, and very help. I went in for a bill pay and walked out with a Free Tablet for my kids. It's under new staff and management, but they are great.
