“My daughter has had one lesson and it didn’t go quite well; she cried the majority of the time. I wasn’t aware they recommended parents get in the water with kids under a certain age for the first few lessons. HOWEVER, my husband and I loved this place!! It’s very intimate, the instructors are AMAZING and they were extremely patient with my 3 year old baby. We have scheduled her for lessons through November with Ms. Betty, who is phenomenal and we’ve prepped her for her next lesson. Fingers crossed, this one will be better; now that she knows what to expect. Would highly recommend!!”

“I recently visited Clayton fitness for a work out with a group of friends and ended up loving it so much I signed up! Blake and Dustin were super friendly. Great atmosphere and staff which in my opinion is what really makes a gym. Had a great variety of quality equipment with all the other bells and whistles such as tanning, classes, etc… very good rates as well for what the facility offers. If you are serious about your training this is the place to go in Clayton as they have everything you need!”

“My son is a patient at WakeMed Pediatric weight management clinic and I cannot say enough good things about it. They are the most compassionate caregivers we have ever seen. The practice is all inclusive— medical supervision, psychological counseling, meal planning with a registered dietician and exercise support. We have taken full advantage of all aspects of the clinic. The caregiver team work closely together to manage the case holistically— and know what each other is recommending. Dr Huang is my son’s primary medical lead with Dr. Tomasulo in psychotherapy, Hillary the dietician and Genna the exercise counselor. I cannot thank then enough, not recommended them highly enough.”
